Oooh oooh - Good TV Alert Friday

My Name Is Earl - 10pm, Friday night on Channel 4. I meant to post about this sooner, because I’ve been looking forward to this for months.

Check it out - it’s a comedy about karma, it’s got Jason Lee, it’s on Channel 4 and it cost $1 million dollars an episode. What’s not to like?

I haven’t seen it yet, but all the yakrider stuff I read says it rocks. But then Buddhists think that crap and mundane stuff rocks too, so don’t listen to me, right, because it might turn out to be shit, which is cool too.

Now, call me ungrateful, but who would go to the trouble of decorating their house for Halloween and get caught out without sweets for trick or treaters?

    “My Name Is Earl” and “Everybody Hates Chris” are my two favorite shows of the season.

    I think you will be very pleased with your choice to love “Earl.” And, amazingly, it’s “make you think… make you do better… make you laugh ’til you snort” TV all at once.

    Good tip, there. I particularly like the cunning TV scheduling: line up a show on leading a better life, while we’re all still fired up on New Year delusions of, well, leading a better life.
