Interesting exercise trying to figure out what the story is about. I’m guessing it’s something to so with… erm… a law has been introduced or blocked which ostensibly is about civil rights or something and the author thinks in reality little has been done to address the actual, fundamental, underlying problem, which is… actually, I’m sorry I started this.
What is the story about, out of curiosity?
