I made business Christmas cards for my clients and was printing Merry Christmas inside when my boyfriend stopped me in my tracks with, "You can't say Merry Christmas, it's not politically correct. You have to say Happy Holidays." Since when? I'm a Christian so why can't I wish people a Merry Christmas?

My nephews 'nativity' play has become a non-denominational non-religious winter festival.

To make matters worse, my sister cannot video it either, due to fears over Paedophiles. The world has gone mad I tells ya...

Dear Hill View Primary School,

After reading reports in Metro today (http://www.metro.co.uk/news/article.html?in_article_id=30058&in_page_id=34) I feel compelled to tell you that I find it hard to understand the renaming of your festive party from Christmas to Winter.

Unless of course you also rename all your celebrations of other religious festivals to something seasonally generic?

I don't see why anyone should be offended by Christians celebrating Christmas just as they shouldn't be offended by Muslims celebrating Ramadan or Jews celebrating Hanukkah.

Why not celebrate all religions and their festivals equally so that our children can grow up with the understanding that our faiths and beliefs are all equally valuable?

With my best wishes to you and all the children at Hill View for Christmas and the New Year.
