Comments
Every so often I get comments from people who say they have been reading for a while but don’t leave comments. Fair enough - there are lots of sites where I don’t leave comments even though I read them religiously.
By religiously I mean I probably should but don’t actually get around to it. Thanks, no really, but seriously.
But it’s always good to get feedback. I really appreciate people leaving comments. The other week Ed described us as a team and that blew me away, truly.
So with slightly more ado than I would have originally wished, I’d like to say hi to regular readers and commenters Ed, Tom, Mr Angry, *, Wendy, Iain, Pete, Scroob, Sooz, Sam, Katy, Ted, Joan, DiB, Salvadore, Bonnie, Leemer, Meg, Anna, Jonny, Mike, FB, Anglosaxy and Chris.
If I’ve missed anyone out and you want to let me know then say hey, but it’s cool if not and thanks for reading.

Hi right back to you, big man.
February 21st, 2007 at 10:21 am
Thanks for the shout-out. My blog reading has been sporadic of late, but I’m still trying to do all my faves (such as you) at least twice a week. That sometimes means I have to read and run, without leaving a comment, but I’m still out here!
Keep on keeping on, Cliff.

THank for the Shout Out, London!

I am a little concerned about the team T-shirts, though. THey’ve got “‘TiT Team” on the chest. Isn’t that a bit … risque?
February 21st, 2007 at 1:12 pm
I obviously don’t leave enough comments.
February 21st, 2007 at 1:16 pm
READ this stuff?
Oh no, hang on, clearly I do.

Sam! Bollocks.
Sam as well. I need to update. Shout out to the Bangor massive.
February 21st, 2007 at 2:35 pm
If you can’t rewrite history, update your blog. Although you’re in the business of both…
Bangor says hello.

Hullo!!!
February 21st, 2007 at 3:53 pm
You’re supposed to do that linky-love thing with each individual name, you know. Them’s the rules!
Anyway, hello back atcha.
February 21st, 2007 at 5:11 pm
Appreciated!!!
This almost makes up for the fact that someone drove into the back of my car this morning, whilst I was stationary (as opposed to stationery, which is a very different sort of thing) at a zebra crossing. A zebra crossing!!! I ask you.
(Er, just sharing. The shock, you know.)

It is OK Katy. Let it out.
Is your car electric?
Hope you are OK, and the guy who hit you is a menace.
February 21st, 2007 at 5:54 pm
OK. you pulled me out of lurk mode.
It was a neat trick.
February 21st, 2007 at 11:40 pm
Dammit, no, my car is petrol. I should have called it “Almost Everything Is Electric”.

You restore my faith in men! (shaddup Ed!)
February 22nd, 2007 at 1:15 am
Right back at you!
February 22nd, 2007 at 4:29 am
Something I noticed- I’m the only one here without a blog.
I know why though. It’s because I have no social skills and NO social acuity.
February 22nd, 2007 at 8:58 am
it’s ok Ed, i have a blog that i never update, which is far worse than not having one at all.
cheers Cliff, it’s a nice place to be around.
February 22nd, 2007 at 12:13 pm
Yes. What they all said.
:)

What can I say? “All of Monday’s Reasons” is far less expensive than Nat Geo Traveller magazine. Or my Sunday NY Times and its skinny travel section. Thanks from across the pond for a great travelogue.

Sometimes it’s all about the reading and there just isn’t anything to say.
February 23rd, 2007 at 5:31 pm
When I have time to do blog reading, Cliff, yours is ALWAYS the first I go to. And, due to the immense satisfaction I get from it, it is often the only one I go to. But don’t tell anyone.
Wait. Suze? BonBon? Crap.
And, Ed? Don’t you dabble with a MySpace blog? Colour (UK, mates!) me curious…
February 23rd, 2007 at 5:33 pm
Cliff …. I feel suitably admonished -yes I do read (albeit not EVERY day) and YES, I should comment more. Will try harder …otherwise you may never read MY blog!
February 23rd, 2007 at 10:55 pm
Gillie - Nice plug. See, everyone wins.
Everyone else - I’m not going to thank everyone individually, because Oscars fever hasn’t quite reached me yet.
You know who you are.
February 24th, 2007 at 11:37 pm
Damn, caught out. I read once a week.. well twice a week I guess… it’s kinda sporadic. That’s my fault of course, not yours.
So.. eh.. hi.
February 25th, 2007 at 12:57 am
No problem Gordon, it’s all good. Cheers!
