Now Hear This
So it’s taken more than two and a half years, but we’re finally here.
TheĀ film was on TV on Thursday and while I have written about it, here’s the sound:
High fi - Broadband/cable
Low fi - Dialup
I think my favourite part is right at the end when Christopher Walken says: “Hey man, you’re out of line.”

Damn. I thought it was going to be the theme song you wrote for the blog. Alas…
Still good stuff, though. And things.

John Cazales sounds JUST like Steve Buschemi.
Six pictures, six Best Picture nominations.
Exact fuckin’ change.

His name is not Christopher, you know. His name is Ronald.
I was sufficiently upset about this to post about it.

Wow - I didn’t know that.
Thank you for posting about this and I’m sorry to have upset you.
I’ve learned something, if it’s any consolation.

No, no, I was upset about the fact that tall, cool, eccentric Christopher Walken is actually called Ronnie Walken. Not you calling him Christopher.
But it is your fault because if I hadn’t read your post I would never have looked him up on Wikipedia and discovered his guilty secret.
Let us never speak of “Christopher” Walken again.

Love that movie. Love that line.
In fact, when I was watching it the other night and he said that, I actually started thinking about this blog and whether or not I had read somewhere that it was taken from the film.
And, as it turns out, I had.
Brilliant!
I need to get out more…
