It's a Mediterranean thing. Chicken broth with beaten egg and lemon added. The lemon makes it sharp and the eggs make it thick and creamy without dairy. And then you can add some mashed potato or rice, and maybe take the meat off the bones you used for the stock and add that in too. It is also lovely cold. But as I say, not necessarily for everyone.
