Is that Mr Angry, coming over for the podcast?

But come on – that’s some pretty disabled parking, isn’t it?

Well, it looks like they’ve got some major spacial-realisation issues and disabilities.

And they have very kindly left room for a wheelchair…

Actually, I was unduly lenient. There were no cars within 100 yards of where it was parked – but I didn’t take the shot at that angle because I didn’t want to show the registration plate number.

“registration plate number?” – When you try and appeal to both American and UK audiences by avoiding words like “license plate” or “registration”, you end up inventing terms and then no one can understand you.

Ah, but he may know something that you don’t know. A few years ago when I lived in a flat, the man below me deservingly had a disabled space. It was sacred and none of the others in the block would use it, we fought it out with everyone else for the restricted parking.

Then I saw him move out one day when I had the day off. So with no more disabled person in the block, I took full advantage of the handy space right in front.

I didn’t deny a disabled person their space, but I bet people still thought I was a git.

Yeah, them disabled fuckers just can’t park to save their lives, eh? Gits.

Jaggy – Yep. Unless everyone knew if had been mislabelled disabled.

There are disabled spaces outside the ice rink in Slough, can someone explain to me why?

It’s so they can practice their handbrake turns, innit.
