A few years ago when I lived in a flat, the man below me deservingly had a disabled space. It was sacred and none of the others in the block would use it, we fought it out with everyone else for the restricted parking. Then I saw him move out one day when I had the day off. So with no more disabled person in the block, I took full advantage of the handy space right in front. I didn't deny a disabled person their space, but I bet people still thought I was a git.
